Niagara Pet Resort and Walk, Play, Love had come together under a shared vision, but the business lacked a unified story.
With daycare, boarding, training, and spa services operating under one roof, the brand needed to communicate what made the experience unique while creating a stronger foundation for future growth. At the same time, the website wasn’t effectively supporting customer acquisition. The brand lacked a clear positioning strategy, and the website had not been structured to help customers discover the business through local search.
