Problem

Our client, a tech consultancy firm, was struggling to attract right-fit clients and needed a complete rebrand. Their mission was to help visionaries streamline technology in a way that positively impacted revenue, operations, and product development, while also elevating the lives of 1 million people — whether through their customers or employees. They wanted to combine spiritual guidance with technological consulting, but without alienating the corporate world. The challenge was to capture the essence of spirituality without the connotations of religion and present this in a human, approachable way. Poor brand visibility and stagnant growth were hindering their ability to achieve these goals, especially when appealing to larger corporate clients.

Brand Strategy

Our brand strategy focused on clearly identifying the client’s core audience, conducting in-depth competitor analysis, and honing in on the intersection of spirituality and technology. We identified gaps in the market where the consultancy could differentiate itself and developed a tone and voice that spoke to the human need for spirituality, without invoking religious connotations. By understanding the buying psychology of their corporate clients, we ensured the brand would appeal to decision-makers in larger companies while still maintaining its authenticity.

Brand Identity

Inspired by the concept of interconnectedness, we crafted a brand identity rooted in spiritual symbolism, specifically drawing from the Celtic Knot, which symbolizes the interconnection of all things. This visual represented the client’s goal of elevating one million lives. The brand identity deliverables included a new logo, the tagline “elevate the human spirit,” messaging guidelines, and various visual extensions, such as patterns and badges. We also produced all of the copy for the new website, ensuring that the messaging was consistent and aligned with the brand’s vision.

User Experience

The website needed to speak directly to two distinct audiences: visionary leaders in corporate settings and small business owners seeking off-the-shelf software tools. We designed a clear user journey for each group, ensuring that the website addressed their specific pain points. Our primary goal was to guide users from awareness to conversion (booking a call) in just a few clicks. The previous site left users confused, but our new UX focused on addressing their needs immediately, positioning the website as a powerful sales tool for the consultancy.

Technology

To support the brand’s new direction, we implemented several key technologies. We built the website on the Elementor platform within WordPress, enabling us to deliver a fully customized experience efficiently. To streamline the appointment booking process, we integrated FluentCal, and we developed a custom JSON app embedded in the site to help users calculate the ROI of their projects. Additionally, we used SEOMath to enhance the site’s organic SEO, improving its visibility and driving traffic.

Results

The results were immediate. Not only did the client see improved engagement from their audience, but the rebrand also sparked new confidence in their own mission. Clients began approaching them with comments like, “Now I understand what you do” and “I love your brand,” which is a significant achievement in the service industry. The website and brand identity resonated deeply with their target audience, paving the way for long-term growth and trust within the corporate world.
